Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CHRO will be a core member of the executive leadership team and will work closely with both the CEO and the Private Equity sponsor. Based in Singapore, this role will lead the people and culture agenda across the group, partnering the leadership team on value creation initiatives throughout the hold period. The CHRO will play a critical role in driving organisational efficiency, enabling change management, and building scalable people capabilities to support expansion across APAC and the Middle East.
The remit will cover the full spectrum of human resources, including organisational design, leadership and succession planning, total rewards and incentives, performance management, talent strategy, HR operations and governance.
