Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance. Safety & Compliance Ensure work complies with MOM, WSH, and industry safety standards. Conduct risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and safety audits on scaffolding systems. Ensure proper certification of scaffolders, supervisors, and equipment. Resource & Personnel Management Manage manpower planning, deployment, and subcontractor performance. Arrange equipment, tools, and scaffolding materials on time. Train and mentor site staff and workers regarding safe work procedures. Documentation & Reporting Prepare project updates, progress reports, and site documentation. Verify measurements, BOQs, material usage, and approve invoices/claims. Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits-to-work, and handover documents. Quality & Cost Control Monitor project costs, material usage, and reduce wastage. Ensure scaffold meets load capacity, stability, and quality requirements. Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective measures. Requirements: Education & Certification Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. Certified Scaffold Supervisor / Advanced Scaffolding Qualification (preferred). Valid Safety Passport (e.g., WSQ courses, Work at Height Supervisor) will be an advantage. Experience Minimum 3–5 years experience in scaffolding project coordination or management. Knowledge of scaffold systems (Tube & Fittings, Ringlock, Cuplock, etc.). Skills Strong leadership and site management skills. Good understanding of safety regulations and scaffolding standards. Ability to read technical drawings and conduct risk assessments.
