Contact or visit potential clients based on list provided by tele-marketing team or self-generated clients to gather clients' requirements for staff recruiting. Understand client's manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions. And maintain good relation with both clients and candidates to achieve high retention. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including company career portals, recruitment portal, social platforms, networking events and referral. Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients' requirements and job responsibilities.
