The Customer Service and Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and processing orders. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability Process customer orders and ensure that they are accurately and efficiently fulfilled Recommend products and services to customers as appropriate Constantly develop new products with collaborators and look for opportunities in the market.
