Performance & Insightso Monitor and analyze loyalty, CRM and App performance.o Track key metrics including TAC, acquisition and retention.o Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.o Build and maintain regular performance dashboards and reports.2. Campaign & CRM Analyticso Support customer segmentation and campaign targeting.o Measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.o Conduct post-campaign analysis and share key learnings.o Support test-and-learn initiatives and A/B testing3. Shell App & Digital Product Supporto Monitor app adoption, engagement and customer journeys.o Identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities.o Provide data and insights to support Shell App roadmap decisions.o Support business case development for new features and enhancements.4. Issue Management & Escalation Supporto Assess customer and business impact of issues.o Support customer operations in escalation and provide updates for stakeholders.5.
