Be a visible leader onsite, overseeing all quality control processes on site, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.
The position is accountable for site safety, quality assurance, programme and milestone control, contractor coordination, risk management, and issue resolution. The Project Manager ensures work is delivered in accordance with approved designs, project requirements, and local regulations, while managing the construction-to-commissioning transition and supporting a smooth final handover.
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of GPU computing data center projects, covering resource contracting, equipment delivery, rack deployment, platform commissioning, testing, acceptance, and ongoing operations.
Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. Keep building management apprised of progress at all times
We’re looking for a Doer — someone who lives and breathes the site. This role sits at the center of our GPU cluster deployments: bootstrapping clusters, using low-level designs (LLDs) as the reference to check that cabling and fit-out are going to plan on the floor, and unblocking whatever stands between the plan and a working, delivered site.
Manage end-to-end delivery of data center standardization projects, from project initiation and planning through implementation, tracking, and closure.
Own cost estimates/cost plans, cost benchmarking, communications and manage meetings and deliverables as the point of contact between the project teams and the estimating team as well as ensuring adequate support and budget for project consultant (extended workforce) estimators.
Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of the building, including common areas, facilities, and building systems (M&E, HVAC, lifts, fire safety systems, access card system).
