Design and specify electrical systems for data centres and buildings, including 132kV and 33kV substations, 415V systems, generators, UPS, and ELV systems.
Lead operational governance across APAC network portfolios; steer weekly metro reviews, stakeholder syncs, and executive dashboards tracking risk, milestone health, and capacity demand.
Electrical Engineering Leadership: Direct the end-to-end electrical design for mission-critical facilities. This includes overseeing the engineering of utility connections, substations, switchgear, UPS systems, backup generators, power distribution networks, grounding, and lighting arrays.
Conduct market research to identify new ideas and technologies that can be used to develop a comprehensive K2 data centre design solution, including layout planning, power distribution, cutting-edge high-density cooling systems, critical control/monitoring infrastructure with different construction methods.
Market Resource Research: Conduct research and evaluation of core resources in target markets including Asia-Pacific, Europe, the United States and the Middle East. Key areas cover land resources (land use classification, planned usage, geological risks), power resources (grid architecture, available substation capacity, PPA feasibility), water resources (water supply capacity, cooling water guarantee), network resources (fiber routes, submarine cable landing stations), site future expandability, as well as systematic research and assessment of competitor landscape.
Oversee a team of supervisors and engineers to ensure all cable installations are installed to specification, on time and meet Onnec Group and Manufacturers quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8–12 years of relevant experience in customer-facing technical consulting, pre-sales, and/or service delivery roles
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of GPU computing data center projects, covering resource contracting, equipment delivery, rack deployment, platform commissioning, testing, acceptance, and ongoing operations.
