Virtualization & Compute Management: Administer & Maintain, upgrade, and monitor hypervisors, including Hyper-V, VMware vSphere/ESXi and Proxmox VE environments. Perform host migrations, VM provisioning, resource allocation, and storage integration.
Lead the design and implementation of advanced thermal management and cooling systems, including liquid cooling and high-density air cooling solutions.
Track Asia Pacific Data Center demand drivers, including AI workloads, hyperscale and cloud investment, colocation expansion, power constraints, sustainability requirements, and competitor activity.
Lead the strategy and oversee the execution for the Asia Pacific Datacenter Center of Excellence (CoE) and Systems Engineering team, responsible for directly supervising a team of 12 Systems Engineers across the Asia Pacific region. Directly engages in the planning, design, proposals and deployment of large AI clusters and AI factories in the region. Provides technical direction for pre- and/or post-sales support to the sales teams, business partners, and end-users. Responsible for ensuring that account managers (AMs), consultants, and end-users are updated with the latest technical information, with special emphasis on key company solution differentiators. Provide technical support that facilitates the marketing and sales of CommScope products so that corporate goals for quality, growth, market share, and profitability are met.
