- Internal Administration:1. Collect data document from inspection team.2. Assist inspection team in data key in.3. Review & feedback to internal team on document discrepancies.4. Provide training on documentation input and review.5. Driving for documentation improvement.6. Liaise with other department(Store, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.) on document, information & any other administration.External Administration :1. Provide training to vendor on delivery report standard requirements.2. Follow up vendor on pending delivery report.3. Review & feedback vendor on delivery report discrepancies.4. Provide training on documentation input and review.5. Driving for documentation improvement.6. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.7. Any other task assigned by the department manager/section manager.
