A Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible to develop creative graphics for event usage such as backdrop, masthead, key visual, invitation, banner and poster. He/she will work closely with Event Producers, Motion Graphic Designers and 3D Designers to produce high standard visual content. We work as a team! Guidance will be provided by seniors who have been working in the company for years. Requirements: * Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. * Willing to learn from seniors with extensive and practical experience. * Able to work under pressure. * Happy and positive personality, we are funny. * Posses experience or interest in event industry is a plus point. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. * Minimum Diploma/Degree in related field. Job Responsibilities A creative thinker who can conceptualize and design related graphics via computer-generated graphics, hand-drawn / painted multimedia products/applications for interactive media, and in-house brochures. This may include website development. Good interpersonal skills, chasing tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently to understand the presentation requirements for corporate identity programs/exhibitions/advertisements. Supervision all design production stages including arranging and supervising printing. Direct deal with clients regarding design requirements. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media, Art/Design OR Creative Multimedia or equivalent. Excellent design and creative skills, color theory, and layout. Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After effects, Adobe Dreamweaver, WordPress Familiar with social media such as Facebook, Instagram, youtube, etc Basic Photography skill Ability to work long hours Ability to work on-site event set up. Ability to work on-site research. Use this to inform design decisions and ensure that RCB products remain competitive and relevant 3) Collaboration & Leadership Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and production to ensure a cohesive approach to product development. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement 4) Brand Consistency Ensure that all product align with RCB's brand identity and values, reinforcing brand recognition and loyalty among our customers 5) Design Storytelling Craft compelling product design stories that highlight the innovation, benefits, and unique features of RCB products. Work closely with the marketing team to translate these stories into effective marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
