KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient care: -
1. To observe guidelines on nursing procedures as listed in the Operations Manual
2. Checking and recording patients’ vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment. To be proficient in the commencement of patients on dialysis and to make adequate observations during dialysis.
3. To inform the centre’s Person-in-Charge of any adverse change in the patients' clinical status, accidents and complaints.
4. Attend to any medical emergency on machine malfunction and immediately notify the PIC.
5. Maintain the patient's privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times.
6. Document nursing care in all assigned patient records, including re-assessments and instructions from the doctor on a revision of interventions, if any.
7. Deliver designated nursing interventions to assigned patients in line with the medical care plan and as instructed by the doctor.
8. Perform appropriate duties as assigned by the superior or the Management.
9. Provide high standard of nursing care.
10. Passing over of reports and adherence to Patient Safety Goals in compliance to the standards set by the Ministry of Health.
11. Adherence to total patient care policy.
Emergency Procedures:-
1. Able to handle emergency procedures like identifying the cause and initial resuscitation procedure.
Equipment: -
1. To assist the centre’s PIC in ensuring all dialysis machines and RO systems are clean, safe and operational.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum Diploma in Nursing/Medical Assistant.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in the related field/
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, team player, proactive, good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English
4. Fast learner and computer literature
5. Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
6. Registered LJM Nurse and possess a valid Annual Practice Certificate

Nursing - High Acuity (Healthcare & Medical)
Perform clinical and patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatment to assess the quality of care.
Adhere to all relevant policies and work instructions concerning clinical and operational management.
Evaluate blood test results and promptly notify the Medical Director of any detected abnormalities.
Work as a registered nurse in a dialysis centre.
Monitor patients' vital signs and engage in conversations to evaluate their health status.
Supervise the entire dialysis procedure, ensuring its smooth progression.
Administer prescribed medications to patients, following doctors' orders accurately.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Candidates with prior renal experience will be an advantage
Passionate to improve the quality of life of renal patients and strive to provide the highest standards of care
Certified and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
