Position: Executive, E-Comm Campaign Upscaling

Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Salary: RM1,800 + RM100
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Understand copywriting and video/poster template/framework
2. Understand the core message from the successful campaigns received from the other department.
3. Develop and implement effective and engaging copy for Facebook ad campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and target audience.
4. Duplicate/repurposed copywriting and ads creative multiple times, while preserving the core message, based on the successful campaigns received from other department.
5. Write clear and persuasive headlines, copywriting, and calls-to-action that capture attention and drive target audience to take desired actions.
6. Prepare and present accurate reports on campaign’s overall performance and other required relevant reports.
7. Continuous analyze, improving & optimizing every campaign performance.
8. Request poster image or video for the facebook ads from creative team and make sure the poster requested align with the copywriting message and capture attention and drive target audience to take desired actions.
9.Prepare accurate reports on campaign’s overall performance and other required relevant reports.
10. Assist your department in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
11. Collaborate with designers, marketers and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects
12. To support Creative team crafting graphics when is needed, with basic skill in graphic design, video editing and/or photography from existing marketing material when is required
13. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
14. Identify and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, potential new channels, strategies, technologies affecting our industry to keep us ahead
15. Any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management to you from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field.
2. Proven experience in field such as Marketing or related role
3. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that engages and motivates target audience to take action.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
6. Great interpersonal skill
7. Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
8. Able to understand Bahasa Malaysia & English, both written and verbal

The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this role is fully connected into resources in their region; Marketing and Communication Managers liaise and build deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel. Success is measured by how well they help drive the sales and revenue strategy of the property, social media engagement and also by how effectively leveraged the resources around them are to create truly compelling marketing and communications campaigns.
