Have at least 15 years experience in the Drilling Industry, of which 10 years (minimum) as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor and have work for 3 years (minimum) on Jack-up Rig.
Preferably possess a degree or have considerable relevant compensating worldwide oil industry experience and training.

Work closely with the Drilling Supervisor to monitor and report on all Well Operations (drilling and well intervention activities) to ensure that the Well Work Programs are conducted safely, efficiently and cost'-effectively.
Liaise closely with the Drilling Contractor's to usher for Rig based activities and the Well Services Supervisor for stand'-alone Intervention activities to ensure that all operations are planned and conducted safely.
