This position is designed for MV/LV switchgear products and serves as a reserve force for the Quality Department's management pipeline. Upon joining, the candidate will rotate through core quality modules, gradually taking on full-chain quality management responsibilities including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, internal testing, and on-site issue handling.
