Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.3. Technical SupportWork closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.4. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly/monthly sales reports.Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.
