Thisrole serves as the first point of contact for finance-related enquiries andrequests, providing Level 1 support to internal stakeholders while ensuringcompliance with CBRE policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), andSarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Theanalyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues,support finance workflows and drive service excellence. Information about theF&A PTP Service Desk function and finance query resolution processes isreflected in internal service desk materials and SOPs.
