The Maritime Energy & Sustainable Development Centre of Excellence (MESD CoE) was launched in October 2017 and jointly funded by Singapore Maritime Institute (SMI) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). MESD aims to be a leading global translational research centre in maritime energy and sustainable development.
