Drive & execute EE Surface Treatment & Metrology planned maintenance and equipment improvement to ensure target defined within area of influence is achieved
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and unscheduled repairs on various semiconductor/fab equipment, focusing on MOCVD reactors, Lithography, E-Beam, Aligners, Coaters/ Developers, PECVD, RIE, Polishers, Metrology and other fab support tools.
Take ownership of the tool hardware design, equipment reconfiguration and install tasks. Drive specification, technical negotiation with vendors, design and documentation, manpower resource coordination, configuration change, tool/hardware installation, qualification testing and tool/hardware buy-off. Ensure project is on schedule, and at the same time deliver with the highest quality by proactively identifying and correcting capability, reliability, maintenance and assembly issues early on. Generate accurate and detailed documentation for technician, engineering, facility, maintenance, stores and process owners.
Provide onsite and remote support during Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) / Fluid Coking (FLK) / Flexi Coking (FXK) unit shutdowns including equipment entry and assessment.
