- To plan and lead Extrusion Operator in achieving the objectives which is aligned with the Company Goals through effective communication modes and fostering team dynamics. To set a model example for operators to follow and to train the employees in his /her process the right methods & quality inspection requirements such that the production schedule is adhered to in a timely manner.
- To lead in periodic reviews on overall production performance (KPIs) with staff & conduct daily audits in production process area to ensure all process are performing according to specifications and customer’s requirements.
- To ensure timely processing of raw materials, WIP and Finished Goods and delivery of the customer’s products are within the customer’s specified specification and meeting the Company’s Quality & cost requirements. To also ensure that the Scrap % is with the set standards for that process. ...
