Prepare simple items, maintain cleanliness, and follow hygiene, food safety and outlet SOP standards. Management Trainee candidates will also learn shift coordination, team coaching, stock checking, opening and closing routines, and basic outlet management tasks. Work closely with the Taiwan management team to learn the operations of a well-known Taiwanese chain restaurant directly operated in Malaysia.
