- Job Summary:The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) operation team is seeking a versatile and customer-focused Service Crew cum Cashier Staff member to join our cafeteria team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse student body, ranging from elementary school to high school. We are looking for individuals with a background in F&B, strong multitasking abilities, and patience when interacting with children.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service:- Greet and serve students, faculty, and staff with a friendly and positive attitude.- Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about items, including allergen information.- Ensure a pleasant and welcoming dining experience for all patrons.2. Cash Handling:- Accurately handle cash transactions, including taking food orders, processing payments, and giving change.- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.- Reconcile sales at the end of each shift and report discrepancies to the Café Manager.3.
