-Perform production and assembly work according to work instructions.-Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.-Pack, label, and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.-Load, unload, and move raw materials or finished goods when required.-Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.-Report any machine faults, defects, or safety issues to the supervisor.-Follow company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.-Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Supervise on-site installation.• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and customer to ensure smooth project execution.• Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning of systems.• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.• Prepare daily progress reports and project documentation.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation and handover.•Assist in project planning, schedulling and resource allocation.
• Evaluate, audit and qualify suppliers.• Monitor supplier KPIs and drive improvements in quality, cost and delivery.• Manage incoming inspection results and nonconforming materials.• Issue and verify Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).• Approve FAI, control plans, process flows, and material/test certificates.• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues with cross-fucntional teams.• Support customer audits and laise with Purchasing, Engineering and Production.• Prepare reports, maintain supplier quality records, and update databases.
