We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who is skilled in servicing and troubleshooting lorries (not passenger cars). Candidates should have hands-on experience in heavy vehicle repair and diagnostics, as well as general technical knowledge related to lorry maintenance, engine systems, electrical systems, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Daily monitoring of Mechanical system including but not limited to: chiller cooling system, water pumps, cooling towers, AHU units, CRAH units, FCU units, water leak detection, fire alarm systems, VESDA, smoke detector (raised floor/ceiling), liquid cooling etc.
Daily monitoring of Electrical system including but not limited to: HV/LV switch rooms, Transformers, UPS system, Generators, Power Distribution Units, etc.
Ensure Data Hall colocation temperature and humidity are within range.

Execute an effective PM activities. Ensure Finishing Production equipment and system achieves minimum machine downtime (production equipment, Lab instrument or equipment and QC instrument) and minimum NCR. Provide engineering support to other functions as and when is required.
Ensure correct SOPs and forms are used to perform planned activities. Need to have good GDP of documentation. Ensure updated release documents is used for PM activities and in validated state.
Ensure all PM records are properly recorded and kept. Ensure 24/7 round the clock support is provided to production.
