Arrange general hatchery work and work force allocation the pullet sector under Hatchery Manager supervision.

• To direct day to day operations, coordinate, plan and implement work schedule at farm with the relevant staff in the Farm Organization • Monitor production targets and planning for training of staff and worker. • Check on quantity and quality of supply from suppliers (livestock, other stocks, equipment, services.) • Assist the Farm Administration to ensure security and good housekeeping in the Farm premises.
