Responsible for compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/LCR/ BCA/ ISO), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.

To ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and prepare required financial reports to Management. Responsible for preparation and closing of annual financial statements. Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.

Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, staff claims, etc.) Responsible for company’s insurance (FW Bonds, medical insurance, etc) matters Develop the annual budget and optimize expenses for the organization. Evaluate and improve processes and system implementation whenever required. HR: Develop and execute talent management strategies, total rewards strategies, and other HR strategies. ...

Job Description: . Manage full sets of accounts for designated companies, including monthly closing and preparation of monthly schedules. . Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records. . Prepare annual income tax submissions and GST reports, along with GST returns. . Assist in Human Resource-related tasks as assigned, and support daily operational tasks in the accounts department. . Provide administrative and accounting support, including data entry into the accounting system. . Perform administrative duties to facilitate smooth operations in related projects and activities. . Handle monthly payroll processing and preparation of salary reports.

Requirements: . Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. . Familiarity with Autocount Accounting system is required. . Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR & Finance full spectrum roles.
