  • What you need- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping to production.- Strong TypeScript and Node.js.- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework — React, Next.js, or Vue.- Working proficiency in Go or Python. This role is genuinely fullstack; one of these two is a hard requirement, not a bonus.- Comfort with async programming and consuming or building REST / gRPC APIs.- Production experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or Redis, MongoDB, or ClickHouse.- Hands-on AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.- A genuine testing culture — Jest, pytest, go test. Testable code is the default, not the cleanup pass.- Awareness of complexity and memory cost, and the ability to find a bottleneck instead of guessing at it.
  • Nice to have- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem — Anthropic, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Ollama. Understanding tokenization, embeddings and prompt structure is a big plus.- Prior experience building tools for developers (APIs, SDKs, CLIs).- Edge computing or serverless (AWS Lambda, Cloudflare Workers).- Real-time data streaming or WebSockets. Who does well hereYou care about the developer on the other side of the screen. You weigh trade-offs before you commit to an approach, you learn fast because you have to, and you make the codebase better for everyone — through reviews, pairing, and documentation people actually read.
