POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor are responsible for managing staff, processes and operations. The Supervisor will ensure that products and services are delivered at maximum quality in a profitable manner, efficient and safe. By giving clear and timely instructions, the Supervisor oversees the work of other employees to ensure the successful completion of tasks. The Supervisor must maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, understanding the inevitable variable, and facilitating corrections. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible to bottling plant production and bulk loading operations by ensuring its operations meets the efficiency, quality, safety, and security standard. • Responsible for physical verification or count for goods received and issued from the plant and ensure it tally with documents. • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to staff and operators. • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. • Oversee and coach employees including vendor’s workers to Improve productivity and work quality. • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. • Control movement of lorries into and leaving the plant and ensure all lorry drivers comply to company safety and operation standards. • Check production output according to specifications. • Submit reports on performance and progress. • Identify issues in efficiently and suggest improvements. • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. • Perform any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
