JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Creative Director, Art Director and Account Executive
- Take the lead on projects, overseeing other designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback, sharing best practices, and helping them develop their skills
- Staying up-to-date with design trends
- Able to do research based on brief given
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Develop a range of graphics & layouts using design software
- Present idea concepts by submitting rough layouts for approval
- Communicating with clients about layout & design
- Test graphics across various media
- Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment & software

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience / 5 years of experience in Graphic Design is preferable
- In-depth knowledge of design software & technologies eg: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Procreate
- Passionate about Branding, Editorial & Packaging
- Demonstrate strong graphic design, layout & illustrations skill
