Menggunakan perisian rekaan seperti Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, dan lain-lain untuk menghasilkan rekaan grafik. Memastikan kualiti visual, estetika, dan kebolehgunaan produk rekaan. Menyesuaikan rekaan dengan matlamat pemasaran atau komunikasi visual yang ditetapkan. Memastikan rekaan mematuhi panduan jenama dan identiti visual syarikat. Berkolaborasi dengan pasukan kreatif lain seperti penulis kandungan, pereka web, dan pengaturcara untuk memastikan konsistensi visual dalam projek-projek yang berbeza. Menyelenggara fail-fail asal dan memberikan output dalam format yang sesuai untuk pengeluaran dan penggunaan akhir.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Work closely with Creative Director, Art Director and Account Executive - Take the lead on projects, overseeing other designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback, sharing best practices, and helping them develop their skills - Staying up-to-date with design trends - Able to do research based on brief given - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Develop a range of graphics & layouts using design software - Present idea concepts by submitting rough layouts for approval - Communicating with clients about layout & design - Test graphics across various media - Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment & software - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Reviewing final layouts & suggesting improvements when necessary - Self-motivated to develop design skills JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience / 5 years of experience in Graphic Design is preferable - In-depth knowledge of design software & technologies eg: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Procreate - Passionate about Branding, Editorial & Packaging - Demonstrate strong graphic design, layout & illustrations skill - A keen eye for aesthetics & visual composition - Acute attention to detail - Artistic & creative thinking - Innovative in nature - Possess great leadership skills - Excellent communication skills - Team oriented - Able to grasp a firm understanding of job briefs while able to work independently & methodically - Able to work under pressure - Versatile & adaptable - Ability to manage deadlines - Having 3D & multimedia skills are a plus
