Seeking a passionate engineering graduate to support and grow our green building consultancy services. The candidate will work with residential, commercial and industrial projects from schematic design stage through construction stage.
This position will be based around the Klang Valley. Pay is commensurate with skills, professional designations, and experience.
Principal Duties:
-Perform energy modeling based on LEED / GreenRE / GBI guidelines
-Review M&E drawings for compliance with various energy and green building certification programs
-Create whole-building energy models and optimization studies to support high performance goals
-Administer documentation and processes for green certification and energy compliance
Minimum Qualifications
1.Good knowledge of ACMV system (added advantage)
2.Skills in energy simulation using IES, e20 or other equivalent software (added advantage)
3.Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education
4.Minimum 1 year relevant post-academic work experience (added advantage)
5.Commitment to high performance design demonstrated through active involvement in green building program
Good written and verbal communication skills
