Job Description
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all persons and property.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Respond to alarms and emergencies such as fire or medical situations.
Provide a visible deterrent to crime and enforce company policies and procedures.
Write clear and concise incident reports and maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents.
Monitor and operate surveillance equipment such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM holder.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using surveillance equipment.
Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.
Accounting assistants record and report ticketing accounting situations to the accountant they work with, verify deposits and prepare daily reports and income. They arrange authorised refund vouchers, maintain the returned check accounts and communicate with ticketing managers concerning any ticketing systems issues.
