Assist in the preparation of documents and lodgements (e.g. resolutions, signing documents), supporting client onboarding processes, handling basic client queries, and drafting routine client communications under supervision. The Intern will also assist in compliance-related tasks such as KYC checks, client due diligence, and monitoring of beneficial ownership disclosures.
Provide administrative support including preparation of regulatory submissions, maintaining internal tracking systems, updating statutory records, and supporting the filing and documentation process. The role will also involve assisting in projects such as stamping of agreements and supporting the team in AGM/AR documentation preparation.
