We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:Location: OrchardDuration: 1 Year ContractSalary: $2,600Working Days & Hours: 5 days (42 hours/week)Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 8:00pm (2 shifts within this timeframe)Saturday: 6:30am – 3:00pmJob Responsibilities:- Perform patient admission and registration at the physical or mobile registration counter.- Provide financial counselling by explaining hospital agreements, estimated charges, and payment options (Medisave, MediShield Life, Integrated Shield Plans, etc.).- Handle billing and cashiering duties, including processing discharge bills and collecting payments.- Request and follow up on Letters of Guarantee (LOG) with insurance companies.- Respond to Business Office-related enquiries via phone calls and emails.- Ensure accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service to patients and their families.Requirements:- Min NITEC in any field.- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
