Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing oil & gas projects in line with scope, schedule, and budget- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution- Review and monitor engineering deliverables, drawings, and technical documents- Track project progress, milestones, and prepare regular status reports- Support procurement activities including material follow-up and vendor coordination- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during project lifecycle- Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, and industry regulations- Coordinate site activities and support construction/installation works when required- Maintain proper project documentation and filing for audit and reporting purposes- Assist in meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items
