Duties & Responsibilities 1. Responsible to perform assigned duties as directed by the Section Head 2. Responsible to prepare documentation for production record and check sheet. 3. Responsible to prepare manufacturing card. 4. Responsible to monitor the usage of spare parts, up keeping of inventory of spare part and initiate reordering when necessary. 5. Responsible to supervise operator. 6. Responsible to distribute task for operation. 7. Ensure all documentation and files are up keep to date audit and safety purpose. Keep all files in order any related document or records for future reference well organize. 8. Any other duties that may be given by Management from time to time. Position Requirements 1. Must possess a Bachelor Degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or equivalent. 2. Strong command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Words application. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team player, problem solving with analytical skills. 6. Preferably executive specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent 7. Willing to work in Kerteh, Terengganu. 8. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Responsible to accurately record tests and measurements both in the QC database, on the appropriate forms and ensure all production activity is properly documented. 2. Responsible to confer with machine operators on quality issues and request necessary machine adjustment to maintain compliance with current product specification. 3. Responsible to enforce Quality Control Standards of material receiving, shipping, storage, handling, designing, production, and testing to verify compliance with quality and specification. 4. Responsible to follow company policies on quality and carry out Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 5. Responsible to properly identify substandard raw material product and segregate into the “Quality Hold” area to ensure that only reliable raw material and product are delivered to customers. 6. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Possess at least a DIPLOMA in Electrical Engineering or equivalents. 2. Strong command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Proficient in PC application and MS Office. 4. Good analytical skill and hands-on technical problem-solving skills. 5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 6. Willing to work in Kerteh, Terengganu. 7. Willing to work in shift

Duties & Responsibilities • Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule • Ensuring that the production is cost effective • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality • Working out the human and material resources needed • Drafting a timescale for the job for Plant Manager’s approval • Estimating costs and setting the quality standards • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed • Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs • Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed • Supervising and motivating a team of workers • Reviewing the performance of subordinates • Identifying training needs Position Requirements • 10 years of experience in a high volume production environment. 10 years experience in power cable manufacturing, with 5 years of managerial experience. • Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. • Strong financial acumen and data-driven quality leadership
