Job Responsibilities
• To handle fulll HR spectrum & administration.

• Liase with respective government statutory bodies for related matter i.e EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax/PBC ,Kdn, Labour Office. & ect
• To keep record all important matters ( e.g staff loan,leave & ect)
• Responsible for issuancing of employment letters, confirmation letter, Show Cause letters, warning letters, resignation letters and etc.

• Responsible to prepare all formal letter for gov & private bodies.
• LHDN ( e.g stamping & other related duties)
• Preparing / arranging agreements.
• Need to prepare SOA if necessary
• Fillings & documenting with systematic and well managed
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.( e.g socso claims & ect)
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required.( weekly once advisable).
• All employee documentation is collected and maintained with highest confidential
• Arranging meetings 2 week once in a month and prepare MOM.

What We Require from You
• Bachelor degree in Business/HR Management or related discipline;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience or in Security Services Industry
• Sound knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Laws and other statutory requirements is a must;
