Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: 1.1 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the smartphone services industry. 1.2 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. 1.3 Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates. 1.4 Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires. 2.
