Work closely with Store Operations team by doing store visits regularly to be able to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Has strong understanding of Malaysia Labor law and Company Policy. Strong skill in Industrial relations, Labor Management and ability to resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Manage HR operational matters, including transfers, check-in with employees, disciplinary matters, performance management, talent identification and monitoring etc.
