Assistant Lead Engineer (Infra Delivery) - Day 2
- The incumbent will assist the Team Lead in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring incidents, service requests, and change activities are managed within agreed service levels. This includes coordinating team workload and rostering for 24x7 coverage, tracking operational metrics, and preparing status updates for stakeholders. They will act as the first point of escalation during off-hours, leading incident response when the Team Lead is unavailable, and will mentor junior engineers to ensure the team can handle platform issues independently.
