Job description:
Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc.
Claims handling
Train and guide assistants in their support role
Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols
Ensure reserves are provide or updated in a timely and realistic manner
Add pvalue to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as issues due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement
Visit clients' offices/attend meetings as and when required
Periodic review of files, as and when required
Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically
Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.
Job requirements:
- Min A Level/Diploma
- Experience in claims role
