1. Prepare invoice , Delivery Order, transfer note
2. Prepare Credit Note
3. Arrange Monitor Good Return
4. Able Arrange & Monitor Delivery On time by schedule
5. Able assist Monthly stock take
6. Assist in packing, arrange parcel delivery and pick up
7. Assist some admin work
8. Perform any other duties assigned by superior
-Assist sales team to manage their customers. -Inform customers about order status, invoices, payment and other information needed to complete the sale. -Co-ordinate with warehouse operations team and logistic team regarding delivery schedule.
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. -Fresh candidate are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
