• Responsible to manage and oversee daily operation of plantation to achieve the company objectives and ensure operational efficiency of estates.
• Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural company’s requirement.
• Responsible for ensuring the process of plantation auditing fulfills company obligations of compliance
• To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with MSPO requirements.
• Identify problems that arise and report to Superior.
• Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• At least 1- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
• Willing to be relocated.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting in field supervision in plantation
• Assisting Assistant Plantation Manager in preparing and conducting the work progress
• Control labor to maintain highest productivity
• Maximizing FFB production & yields
• Maximizing production costs via cost-savings measures & increase productivity
• Implement agronomic best practices & standard operating procedures
• Ensuring all occupational health & safety requirements are complied with, including ensuring staff & workers are adequately trained & equipped
• Evaluating the estate with regards to possible options for mechanization & reduction of labor
• Ensuring field maintenance work is done to an acceptable standard & cost
• Increased focus on the nursery & replanting efforts with a view of maximizing future productivity & yields
• Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Agriculture or Plantation or equivalent
• Candidate with experience in forest clearing and oil palm replanting is preferred
• At least 2- 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
