The Office Admin Assistant will support our daily office operations and contribute to the efficiency of our business by assisting with procurement, logistics, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Jakim regarding Halal matters.
Revising and updating HAS (Halal Assurance System) as per JAKIM requirement.
Setting up HALAL SOP and HALAL manual and review from time to time to ensure all files keep updated.
To keep track of expiration of the Certifications
To monitor and be alert to latest development of Halal Industry
Knowledge in implementation & maintenance of MESTI, GMP, HACCP, HALAL.
Manage and sustain quality control and quality assurance of products and ensure quality requirements of customers are met and regulatory requirements are compiled to.
Conduct and oversee lab activities and testing and analyses test results/datas
Manage and sustain the quality control system to ensure effectiveness, detectability, reliability and capability from incoming to finished products.
Ensure output quality meets customers’ requirements and regulatory requirements.
Carry out any other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.
