• Responsible for operations performance and safety boat maintenance activities under your charge.
• Responsible for seaworthiness, repair and maintenance of the boat(s) under your charge.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance schedules for all boats / vessels under your charge.
• Responsible for the health and safety considerations of all boat related activities.
• Responsible for daily maintenance schedules for all boats / vessels under your charge.
• Responsible to maintain accurate and detailed service records.
• To prepare comprehensive and timely reports for the Management.
Requirement:-
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Boats / Vessel engineering or equivalent.
• Candidates without academic qualifications but possesses vast work experience and or similar hands-on skills are welcomed and shall be considered.
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
1. Responsible to assist the Senior Boatman in all boat operations and boat maintenance activities.

Requirements:-
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as boatman.
- Possess valid Seaman License.
- Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedure.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a high level of cleanliness and service within public areas and back of house areas as
necessary, adhering to the specified standards.
• Keep stock rooms tidy.
• Keep all corridors and public areas tidy and without obstruction.
• Support with servicing bedrooms whenever necessary.
• Be polite, friendly and helpful to all guests, maintaining a good level of customer service at all times.
Acknowledge guests and colleagues in a pleasant manner.
• Follow security procedures regarding guest belongings and securing bedrooms.
• Ensure the correct signing in and out and use of issued keys.
• Report daily maintenance problems, following the correct process.
• Communicate feedback to the Operation Manager, as necessary.
• Work with discretion and confidentiality.
• Attend any training courses and personal development reviews.
• Be clean, smart and presentable and wear correct uniform whilst on duty.
• Adhere to correct use and storage of all chemicals, materials and equipment, in accordance with COSHH regulations.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Fire regulations.
• Carry out any other duties and show flexibility in hours commensurate with the grade of the post.

GENERAL DUTIES
Skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform cleaning activities such as vacuuming, cleaning swimming pool etc.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Install appliances and equipment
Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Requirements
Proven experience as technical maintenance or other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Knowledge in Genset Power Source Operation.
Knowledge in Swimming Pool pump and filter.
