1. To carry out checking, servicing and perform rectification action for any planned and unplanned mechanical job requested which ordered by Superior. 2. PURPOSE OF POSITION - To manage the Manufacturing Operations in the Controlled Environment Room according to planned requirements. - To oversee the Warehouse Operations during the shifts. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Ensure gloves are inspected and packed under KK Manufacturing specifications to the required quality standards, following the specified procedures and in line with the planned production throughputs / outputs. - Ensure effective labour and machine utilisation and material usages are controlled within budget or better. - Effective training and supervision of the Inspection, Packaging and Final Pack personnel in line with company policies and procedures. - Ensure accurate collation and reporting of area throughputs, yield, material usage and other required statistics for comparison with and possible corrective action against planned requirement. - Practice Total Quality Management techniques within Inspection, Packaging and Final Pack Operations, including SPC and involvement with IMPACT (Improvement Action Teams) to obtain positive results. - Involves actively in management activities such as departmental projects, 5S, Suggestion Initiative Scheme (S.I.S) & TQM for continuous improvement.

Job Description: • Plan & implement program to promote safety awareness among all levels of including awareness program/briefing safety work practices, guidelines, training programs, consultation, and established safety practices • To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace • To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic Record • Manage Emergency Response Team in the company • To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, in workplace. • To investigate causes of non-conformities and accidents, and recommend corrective actions • To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company policy. • To conduct induction safety training for new staff. • To provide assistance for safety before & during internal/external audit by ensuring all related documents is updated from time to time. • To perform factory inspection and co-ordinate to ensure update of all DOSH machineries inspection schedule. • Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution, • To ensure all safety, health and environmental related aspects within local regulatory act which includes - OSHA, FMA, ESA, EQA, Fire Service Act, Local Government Act, REACH and RoHS. • To participate in Audit compliance matters. • To maintain the documentation for DOE and DOSH. • To manage Scheduled Waste storage and disposition accordance to the regulation. • Update DOE related information/data on regular basis (as determined by regulation) • Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior. Requirements: • Candidate must be certified Safety and Health Officer (SHO) and obtain Green Book from NIOSH. • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point). • Good command of written and spoken English and B. Malaysia. • Able to interact with local authorities, consultants, contractors and all levels of staffs.
