QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a Diploma, SPMV, Certificate in Electrical or related qualification.
- Priority those have experience in building facility maintenances.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work on responsibility base rather than job base attitude.
- Able to work under minimal supervision, have drive and deep interest in work.
- Those without work experience, willing to learn and not just work smart but also work hard are welcome to apply.

We are looking for a 4 years & above experiences Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, pre & post, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
To be successful as a quantity surveyor, a quantity surveyor is required to have a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills.
