• Implement and supervise projects undertaken by the department and ensure that projects are carried out in the most cost-effective manner at the highest quality. • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, co-ordinating activities and resolving problems through managing sub-contractors to ensure work quality and schedule meet contract requirements, project plan and specification and verify their invoices for payment. • Implement and oversee all Site Supervisor duties according to management policies and ensure the compliance of such policies. • Determines project specifications by studying product designs, customer requirements and performance standards, completing technical studies and cost estimates. • Attend site meetings with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to review project progress, including cost, discuss and resolve any issues, highlighted pertaining to the projects. • Assign and co-ordinate the workload and monitor project resource levels allocated to the project and ensure to report any shortage or excess. • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends, recommending suitable action to ensure timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives. • Oversee the application for Certificate of Fitness upon completion of projects and attend to infrastructure and building inspection by the local council. • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. • Report to Superior if any arising matter of site.
