1) Develop catalogue, brochures, packaging design & datasheet
2) Update company profile
3) Develop presentation tools, slideshow/presentation slide
4)Manage and create content to be post on social media
5) Manage and update company webpage
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and supplies
- Tracking, documenting, and resolving any discrepancies on orders and inventory
- Updating and maintaining records of inventory system and stock items
- Supporting part research and compiling inventory reports
Issuing and distributing materials and supplies to other departments or customers
Quality engineers define quality standards for the creation of products or services. They check to make sure the products and services are in compliance with the quality standards and they coordinate quality improvements.
Promotion assistants provide support in the implementation of programs and promotional efforts in points-of-sale. They research and administer all the information required by managers to decide whether promotional programs are required. If so, they support in getting of materials and resources for the promotional action.
Job Description:
Prepare and print Delivery Order (DO).
Prepare and packing stocks that asked by Sales Order (SO).
Follow Sales Flow.
Print sales order.
Check stock and inform back to sales department.
Prepare and packing stocks for sales department.
Check and answer question regarding equipment parts from sales admin or salesman.
Return Delivery Order (DO) to sales admin.
Intercompany Deliver Order (DO) :- Prepare copy for Purchasing, Project Admin, Account Department & do filling for store.
Check item arrived from supplier (Local)
Update good received note (GRN) in ERP system.
