Assist in foreign worker related matter including send them to immigration/ submit document to immigration, embassy or high commission. Deal with bank or local authorities such as open new bank account, assist foreign worker to solve bankcard/ account problem, lodge police report and send document to local authorities.

1) Basic Electricity a:- Have to do "Switching" of the breaker. b:-To Monitoring and record transformer fans, temperature, power factor,voltage,current and power. 2) Fire Alarm system trouble shooting a:-Fire Fighting, Keluar sign & emergency light repairing for all plants. b:- Pump House - Control Panel, Motor, Pressure Switch,Battery. 3) Protection equipment in low voltage installation a:-All types of circuit breaker (ACB, OCB,MCCB,MCB,ELB,ETC). b:-Safety switches. c:-All types of fuses that can be rewired, HRC and time lag fuse. d:-Oil dash pot, protection relay (EF & OC ) and Earthing. 4)Maintenance & Repairing a:- Installing and additional wiring,fluorescent lamp, compounds lighting and power point for all plants. b:-Telephone system, new additional,repair and wiring all plants. c:-Repair work eg, cable tray, trunking . 5)Motor and its starter a:- Motor Bearing checking - Air compressor motor, chiller room, motor pump, chiller motor, water control motor ,waste water motor, motor installation & dismantle. 6) Inspection for main switchboard equipment a:-Earthing system, switchboard , switching tripping equipment, isolator, relay and cable. 7) DB power and lighting a:- Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. 8) Hostel Maintenance a:- Hostel repairing work.

1) Responsible for the safety and health for himself and other people surrounding. 2) Strictly follow the responsible of safety measures on the operating sides. 3) Make sure there is housekeeping on the work place before handover shift and making sure the place is in operating condition before leave. 4) Daily reading record of the steam boilers and thermal oil boiler on the daily operating condition. 5) Responsible to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance that is scheduled for them. 6) Responsible to assist the DOSH inspector during annual inspection. 7) In phase one, the absence of WC room, the in charge boilerman must be responsible to ensure that the PH and conductivity of the DI water quality is always within specification. 8) Responsible of the Water Control is there is absence of the WC technician.

1) Bertanggungjawab kepada operasi ETP dan WCR. 2) Bertanggungjawab merekodkan parameter yang diambil dari peralatan jagaannya dan menghantar kesemua rekod bacaan hari sebelumnya, borang cuti, borang shift, fail/ buku laporan ke Pejabat Utility 1. 3) Memastikan sistem peralatan jagaannya (air comp., chiller, cooling tower dsb.) adalah normal. 4) Memastikan output (bahan yang dihasilkan) adalah sentiasa menepati kehendak (pelanggan) internal customer dan segera bertindak mengambil langkah-langkah yang perlu untuk tujuan di atas sekiranya berlaku sebarang masalah. 5) Sekiranya terdapat apa-apa masalah yang tidak dapat diselesaikan pada syifnya hendaklah diselesaikan terlebih dahulu dengan kerja lebih masa jila perlu atau pesan pada syif seterusnya dengan jelas. 6) Membaca dan memahami (buku) laporan syif sebelumnya dan apa-apa arahan yang tertulis di log book atau di atas white board (dapatkan kepastian terlebih dahulu dari syif sebelumnya/ supervisor) 7) Bertanggungjawab mengambil sebarang corrective action terhadap sebarang kerosakan yang melibatkan sistem di bawah jagaannya. 8) Bertanggungjawab melaporkan sebarang kerosakan dan "abnormality" kepada superiornya. 9) Merekodkan parameter tertentu ke dalam logsheet-logsheet yang disediakan pada masa yang ditetapkan.
