Assist Sales / Marketing Manager / Executive in all matters pertaining to Sales & Marketing Department.
To prepare all documentation pertaining to overseas shipment. To communicate with forwarder as well as liner on the shipment related matters. To monitor and follow up closely with related departments on shipment progress such as cargo readiness, container, in and out status etc.
To monitor and liaise closely with bank officer on issues pertaining to export documentation and work closely and report to superior on any matters relating to export shipment.
