Position: Sales Manager

- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Develop sales strategy to achieve goals and revenues.
- Co-ordiante Sales action plans for individual sales people.
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
- Evaluate performance of sales staff.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Formulate and review sales policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Attend training cources to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree in any field.
- At least 10 years experience in Sales.

Responsibilities: Responsible for overall sales activities within the assigned territories. Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
